Terms of Service
These terms apply to Verse (freeverse.stream), a free AI music generator with an anonymous Render Lounge. By using Verse you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Verse.
1. The service
- You write lyrics (or choose an instrumental), pick a genre, mood, vocal style and length up to two minutes, and Verse generates a song with AI. Generation uses the MiniMax-Music3 model on our own server.
- There are no accounts. Your songs are tied to an anonymous browser session cookie; if you clear it or switch browsers, you lose access to those songs and we cannot restore it.
- Verse is free. Song creation may require watching one or more rewarded ads, depending on the length you choose. Rewards are only granted after the ad completion has been confirmed. There are no paid plans.
- Generation time is approximate, songs may end before the length you chose, and a render can fail. A failed render can be retried for a limited time without new ads.
- We may change, limit or stop any part of Verse at any time, and we may limit how many songs or messages anyone can create.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if a higher minimum age is required by the laws of your country or region.
3. Your input
You are responsible for the lyrics, messages and any other content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use it. You allow us to store and process it to generate your songs, operate the Render Lounge, and keep the service safe.
4. AI-generated songs
- Songs are machine-generated. We do not guarantee that a song is accurate, original, unique, of any particular quality, or free from similarity to existing works, and AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in your country.
- We do not claim ownership of the songs you create. You are responsible for how you use them, including checking that your use does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- If you publish a song or part of it outside Verse, clearly disclose that it is AI-generated. Verse is built on MiniMax-Music3, and its use is subject to the MiniMax-Music3 Community License and its acceptable-use rules.
5. Sharing and the Render Lounge
- Only a 15-second preview is ever shared, and only when you press Share. By sharing, you let us display the preview, its title, tags and like count in the lounge and let other visitors play it there.
- Full tracks stay private to the session that created them.
- Lounge messages are public to everyone in the lounge, under your anonymous lounge name.
- Any visitor can mute another visitor (for themselves) and report messages. We review reports and may remove content.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Verse to submit, generate or share:
- lyrics or other material you do not have the right to use, such as copyrighted song lyrics;
- content that impersonates a real person, or that imitates a real person's voice or identity without their permission;
- illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity, drugs, gambling or weapons;
- sexual content involving minors in any form, or sexually explicit material;
- hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying or content that targets people for who they are;
- content encouraging self-harm or violence;
- personal information about yourself or others, such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses or messenger IDs;
- spam, advertising, links or repeated messages;
- material that is deceptive, such as presenting AI-generated audio as a real recording of someone, or as not machine-generated.
You also must not:
- try to access other people's full tracks or data, or get around access controls;
- fake, automate or otherwise manipulate ad completions or rewards;
- overload, scrape, probe or attack the service, or use bots to create content or messages;
- use Verse in any way that breaks the law or the MiniMax-Music3 Community License.
We may block messages automatically, remove content, and restrict or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.
7. Availability and disclaimers
Verse is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that songs or data will be stored permanently; keep your own copies of songs you care about.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Verse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of songs, data or profits, arising from your use of Verse. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the “Last updated” date above; continuing to use Verse after that means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
